AECOM invites applications from eligible candidates who will lead AECOM’s construction supervision and act as the client’s main point of contact advising on all engineering matters. Leads the delivery (time, cost, quality) of assigned package, manage and direct the supervision team to undertake day to day inspections of the works, capable of administering the FIDIC based contract, responsible for following up on instructions & commitments associated with the project, assigns responsibility to key subordinates in their respective fields of expertise, mMonitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activities within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions, which would affect project cost, schedule, performance or Client relation etc to fill the following vacant post.
Position Vacant:
1. Resident Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in relevant Engineering field (i.e. Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural etc) and PMP, plus membership of a recognized professional institution preferred
Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of related senior construction supervision / management experience on Building and Construction or Infrastructure projects with a broad general engineering background.
Must have previous Mall/Shopping Centre experience

Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities
Be commercially aware
Be able to lead and motivate a team of Engineers
Client focus, ability to engage in discussions with high profile clients
