1. Build daily prioritization base on production needs and current situation
2. Support pillar in terms of KPIs/Targets achievements
3. Encourage WCM activities (mainly AM) in their day to day teams
4. Support pillar in terms of KAIs (Key Activity Indicator) execution
5. Provide training and develop newcomers. Managing employee development
This is one year Trainee position.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor in Engineering - Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics
2. Upto one years experience.
3. Good communication skills
