Qualification / Experience: Member of recognized body of Professional Accountants or Member of recognized body of corporate or Chartered Secretaries, or Masters degree in Business Administration or Commerce or Law Graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least 5 years relevant experience
Job Profile: The company secretary will be responsible for effective managing affairs of CPGCL Board of Directors by ensuring that Board procedures followed, and that all applicable laws, rules and regulations and other relevant statements of best practice are compiled with. He will also keep a close liaison between Management and BoD in a efficient manner.
Age: Not more than 45 years
