LESCO invites applications from eligible candidates to fill the following vacant posts.
Positions Vacant:
1. Chief Executive Officer
Qualification / Experience:
- The candidate should hold a professional degree, minimum Bachelors from a recognized institution
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s Degree or Equivalent Professional Qualification in business, management, accounting or engineering.
- The candidate should have overall min 15 years of professional experience preferably in Power Distribution Sector, 5 years of which should be in Public / Private Sector serving in a senior management position.
- The candidate must possess the ability to work as a team leader to nurture the environment of opportunity for maximum creativeness and sense of accomplishment and the utilization of administrative practices which will assure an effective operating organization.
- The candidate must show his / her willingness to be an agent of change.
Age: Maximum age limit is 62 years
2. Company Secretary
Qualification / Experience:
- Any of the following:
1. Member of a recognized body of a professional accountants
2. Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries
3. Masters Degree in Business Administration, commerce or law graduate from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission
- With above qualification, candidate must hold a min 10 years of secretarial work experience in Govt. or private sector
- Outstanding communications, minute writing, analytical & problem solving skills are pre – requisite. Ideal candidate should have ability to priorities work and work well under pressure.
- Integrity and maturity should be an essential attribute when handling confidential company information
