The person will be mainly responsible for the following activities:
•To ensure Employee Safety, Product Quality, Food Safety and Asset Performance while delivering on time the Shift Production Plan. Support to drive continuous improvement through NCE & TPM.
•Ensure the timely deployment of People development plan and assure the competencies of his/her team as per the agreed plan with PM (proper training inc. equipment, safety procedures, hygiene) Enforce strict compliance to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by all personnel within the shift.
•Coach employees to fulfil and exceed the requirements of the job through NCE approach.
•Ensure ongoing smooth operations of factory through effective employee and industrial relations management and continuous line Controls and immediate corrective action to assure prescribed quality and to ensure compliance with manufacturing instructions.
• Ensure adequate maintenance of the installations in coordination with quality, engineering & administration
Preferred Competencies from Past Experience:
Qualification & Knowledge:.
•2-3 years in relevant field particularly in FMCG.
•Should have analytical and communication skills
•Should hold a degree in Chemical Engineering.
•Understanding of the critical products processes, suppliers and materials on the area under responsibility

Maintenance Engineer - based in Kabirwala(Job Number:1700018D)
The person will be mainly responsible for the following activities:•Implement Maintenance and Improvement (M & I) program/processes in the Plant in line with corporate guidelines, enforcing that all M&I activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety, and environment are never compromised.•Enable high performance Operations, providing assets' Maintenance according to the Nestlé Strategy (using TPM as the multi-disciplined approach to maintain/improve fixed assets, and AMM to manage their life cycle). Support and contribute to have a proper technical store management.•Ensure that the needs of the factory are fulfilled, as per Production requirements. That all utilities that come or may come in contact with product are treated according to the acceptance food safety criteria for product/processes.•Ensure that the maintenance of electrical services, performance of automation and MES at plant level, are in line with the Production requirements•Put controls to ensure implementation of HACCP, QMS, log sheets, SoPs, tracibility, checklists, CARs, hygiene, foreign bodies, PPEs, SH & E etc. at shop floor all the time, ensure availability of spare parts, ensure and sustain maintenance checklist of all plant equipment•Ensure that all mechanics and operators receive direct on the line coaching in machinery and line operation skills in respect to the requirements of Hygienic engineering
